Terms of Service
1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Status
TapReview Wholesale operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for business, agency, or resale purposes, and not as a consumer. Standard consumer rights (such as the 14-day automatic cooling-off period) do not apply to these transactions.
2. Orders and Pricing
We are currently not VAT registered, so no VAT is applied to the prices listed on our website. We reserve the right to modify prices, products, and services without prior notice.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are normally processed within 1-3 working days after payment goes through. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking information where tracking is available. Please note UK bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days. Our delivery times are estimated not guaranteed but we try our best to be the quickest as possible.
4. Returns Policy
All sales are final. Because we operate as a B2B wholesale supplier, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy on all orders. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrectly ordered items, or for NFC cards that have already been custom-programmed for clients.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances will be limited to the total purchase price of the goods in your order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses.
6. Trademark Disclaimer
TapReview Wholesale is an independent B2B supplier of NFC marketing materials. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The name "Google" and related marks are registered trademarks of Google LLC.
7. Third-Party Platform Policies
Our NFC cards are designed to direct users to a URL provided by the buyer (e.g., a Google Review link). We are not responsible if third-party platforms (like Google) change their link structures, alter their review policies, or suspend the buyer's business listing. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their use of our products complies with the terms of service of any third-party platform.
